Job Description for Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
The Dental Hygienist (RDH) at Todays Dental is responsible for performing high-quality and efficient hygiene procedures while building and maintaining positive relationships with patients. Educating and counseling patients on dental health, oral hygiene, and nutrition are integral parts of this role.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care with a friendly chairside manner.

- Comply with state and federal laws for chart documentation and OSHA guidelines.
- Perform clinical hygiene functions, including diagnostic X-rays, prophylaxis, and non-surgical periodontal therapy.
Qualifications and Requirements

- Dental Hygiene certification/degree from an accredited dental hygiene school.
- Current hygiene license issued by the state of South Carolina.
